PT Mitra Keluarga Karyasehat Tbk is an Indonesia-based company, which is focused on providing healthcare services to patients under the Government’s Health Insurance Scheme, Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN). The Company serves Indonesia’s private insurance patients and corporate clients, to out-of-pocket expense individual patients to JKN member patients. The Company operates through two segments: Outpatient and Inpatient. The Company provides outpatient and inpatient healthcare services to all market groups, including private insurance patients and corporate clients, to out-of-pocket expense individual patients and JKN member patients. The Company’s subsidiaries include PT Proteindo Karyasehat (PKS), PT Ekamita Arahtegar (EAT), PT Ragamsehat Multifita (RSM), PT Alpen Agung Raya (AAR), PT Rumah Kasih Indonesia (RKI), PT Bina Husada Gemilang (BHG), PT Kinarya Loka Buana (KLB), and PT Sehat Digital Nusantara (SDN).
