PT MNC Digital Entertainment Tbk is an Indonesia-based media content provider. The Company’s main business is the production and distribution of the broadcast content through media platforms, such as terrestrial TV (Free To Air), Pay Per View (Pay TV), Catch Up TV, Over The Top (OTT), Video on Demand (VOD), Cinema and all features included in Internet Protocol Television (IPTV). Its main business is supported by business units under it, which are engaged in the production of drama series, free-viewpoint television, films, infotainment, reality shows, game shows, advertising services and talent management. The Company’s segments include Content & IP, Talent; Digital; Subscription; and Elimination. Its businesses include MNC Pictures, MNC Film Indonesia, Star Media Nusantara, StarPro, Mediate Indonesia and Asia Media Productions. Its subsidiaries include PT Mediate Indonesia (PT MI), PT Star Media Nusantara (PT SMN), PT MNC Pictures (PT MNCP), PT MNC Digital Indonesia (PT MDI) and other.
