PT Plaza Indonesia Realty Tbk is an Indonesia-based company, which is engaged in the business of construction and owning or leasing real estate. The Company owns Grand Hyatt Jakarta (Hotel), Plaza Indonesia Shopping Center and The Plaza (Office tower). The Company operates through three segments: Hotel, Shopping center, and Office. The Hotel segment is engaged in providing accommodation, food and beverages, and ancillary services to hotel guests. Revenue from accommodation is recognized over the period that the guest stays at the hotel, food and beverage revenue as well as revenue from ancillary services are recognized when goods and services are provided. The Company has also developed and is developing many other properties through its subsidiaries.
