The Company has developed various projects, such as Vasa Hotel Surabaya, a 5-star hotel in Surabaya city, Indonesia; Solaris Hotel in Malang and Bali, and Cleo Business Hotel located in center of business area in Surabaya city. It has also developed a commercial superblock area in Jember, which is Tanrise City Jember, is located at Jalan Raya Hayam Wuruk. Its projects include Voza Residence, The 100 Residence, warehouse Tritan Point Bandung, Tritan Point Medan, Tritan Point Wedi, Tritan Point Banyu Urip, Tritan Point Taman, Cleo Business Hotel located in several location in Surabaya and Sidoarjo.
