PT Samudera Indonesia Tbk is an Indonesia-based shipping and logistics company. The Company's activities include shipping activities, transporting cargo by vessel and other activities where it acts either as a local or general agent for other shipping companies, vessel transport services and other supporting activities. Its segments include Shipping and Agency, Logistics and Ports and Others. Its services include Samudera Shipping, Samudera Logistics, Ocean Ports, Samudera Property and Ocean Services. It provides various services under Samudera Shipping business lines, including container cruise, tanker, bulk, and offshore carrier, ship management and agency. To support integrated services, it develops various supporting facilities for the logistics business, including ground transportation, container depots, warehousing and distribution centers and others. It also provides port services, such as unloading, cargodoring, port management and port support equipment provider.
