ATAP Overview

PT Trimitra Prawara Goldland Tbk is an Indonesia-based property development company. The Company is focuses on building and developing subsidized and middle-class residential areas to enhance the quality of life of the community. The Company’s projects include Cibungbulang Town Hill (CITOH) and Bumi Abhirama Residence (BAR). CITOH residential area is the mixed subsidized and commercial residential area in the Bogor area. CITOH covers a land area of approximately 100 hectares. CITOH offers the concept of One Stop Destination, which is a residential area integrated with tourist destinations and business centers. BAR is a residence with the concept of tropical living in the sunrise Sawangan area of Depok with easy access to Jakarta via DESARI Toll Road or Citayam Statsiun. The area is equipped with the facilities, such as mezzanine, outdoor fitness, playground, mosque, underground utility, and smart home.
