PT Allo Bank Indonesia Tbk (the Bank) is an Indonesia-based company, which conducts its business in the banking sector. The Company carries out business activities in banking services, which carries a digital banking business model. The Bank classifies its operational performance based on the products and services offered. The Bank divides its business activities into two segments: lending products and funding products. The Bank focuses on providing digital loans to retail consumers, consisting of two products, Paylater and Instant Cash Loans, with the application process conducted through the Allo Bank mobile application. Funding products segment collects funds from retail customers and is conducted through digital products, such as electronic money (AlloPay and AlloPay+), savings accounts (Allo Prime), and time deposits that can be registered through the Allo Bank mobile application or third-party applications, both within and outside the CT Corpora ecosystem, online.
