BBRM Overview

PT Pelayaran Nasional Bina Buana Raya Tbk is an Indonesia-based company, which is primarily engaged in the rental of self-propelled barge and offshore support vessels. The Company operates through two segments: tugboat and barge, and offshore support vessel. The Company provides self-propelled barge (SPB) charter services for the transportation of mining materials, especially coal, to customers on a transshipment (voyage charter) or shipping via river and coastal routes from the loading port to the unloading port. The Company operates one unit SPB vessel weighing 5,024 gross tonnages. The Company supports a comprehensive range of offshore oil and gas activities, from the exploration phase to the production phase, with a comprehensive range in the Indonesian market. The Company charters its vessels to oil and gas companies as the end user with a time charter system. The Company is supported by five unit AHTS vessels and one unit platform supply vessel.
