The Company covers an area of approximately 3100 hectares. The Company’s residential properties and apartments include Spring Valley Extension, Spring Valley, Parkville and Sentul Tower Apartment. Its commercial properties and facilities include Centronia Square, AEON Mall Sentul City, Ah Poong, Masjid Andalusia, BCA Learning Institute, BPK Penabur, The Alana Hotel & Conference Center, Aston Sentul Lake Resort & Conference Center, Harris Hotel Sentul City, Hotel NEO+ Green Savana Sentul City, IKEA Sentul City, Jungle Land, Pasar Sentul City, EMC Sentul Hospital, Sampoerna Academy Sentul, Sentul Highlands Golf Club, Sentul International Convention Centre (SICC), Pelita Harapan School, Cultural Park, National Taruna School, Tazkia Sentul Islamic Institute and Trisakti University.
