PT Cemindo Gemilang Tbk is an Indonesia-based company that is primarily engaged in producing cement. The Company conducts business activities in three operating segments, which include Cement and clinker, Ready-to-use concrete and Others. The Cement and clinker segment is engaged in the production and sale of several types of cement and clinker and clinker. The Ready-mix concrete segment is engaged in the production and sale of ready-mix concrete. The Others segment is engaged in mining and trucking. The Company’s products are available in Indonesia under the brand of Semen Merah Putih, and also in Vietnam under the brand of Chinfon Cement. Its distribution of Semen Merah Putih reaches approximately 17 provinces in Indonesia with distribution and marketing networks in Sumatra, Kalimantan, Java, Bali and Nusa Tenggara. Its cement is also exported to Australia, the Philippines, Tahiti, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, China, and Madagascar.
