CSIS Overview

PT Cahayasakti Investindo Sukses Tbk is an Indonesia-based company that is engaged in the business activities of property development through subsidiaries, as well as furniture industry products and general construction services. The Company operates through three segments: Construction Services, Real Estate and Others. The Construction Services segment offers residential building construction, office building construction, industrial building construction and other construction-related services. The Real estate segment includes the sale of land lots and building units. The Others segment is focused on retail and furniture projects and service charges. The Company offers custom-made furniture to meet the needs of corporate offices, waiting chairs, educational institutes, cafes and restaurants, hotels and resorts, housing and apartments, government institutions, and hospitals and health clinics. Its market distribution covers an area, including Bogor and Sukabumi, West Java.
