PT Distribusi Voucher Nusantara Tbk is an Indonesia-based company. The Company is engaged in sale of digital products, payment solution services and online-to-offline (O2O) platform. It carries out various business activities by developing a sales platform that offers various products (both digital and non-digital). The Company's product portfolio includes the DIVA Smart Outlet (SO) integrated payment device, DIVA Intelligent Instant Messaging (IIM) sales platform, and the Pawoon Point of Sales (POS) platform. DIVA as a technology company that focuses on digitizing Indonesian Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). It operates through five segments, namely, digital products and services, digital financial services, tours and travel, clean energy products and services, micro logistics, and digital advertising. Its subsidiaries include PT Multidaya Dinamika, PT Surprise Indonesia, PT Wicaksana Anugerah Solusindo, PT Alphanovation Digital Teknindo, and others.
