DMND Overview

PT Diamond Food Indonesia Tbk is an Indonesia-based company that operates a branded food and beverage platform. The Company manufactures and distributes signature-brand and principal-brand products, and provides management consulting services. Its products include dairy, confectionery, meat and seafood, vegetables and derivatives, grocery, and bakery. The Company has its own storage facilities that are maintained at various range of temperatures, such as cold or refrigerated, air conditioning and room temperatures. Its owned brands include Diamond, Biokul, Jungle Juice, BrookFarm, marley, BIGGY, Golden Farm, Bon Patis, riverland, BAVARI, Just Fry and Fitmee. The Company collaborates with a range of international brands to market and distribute products through its distribution network, such as alpha FOODS, bel, CHEKHUP and daiya, among others. It purchases and resells unbranded, commodity-like products, including MELTIQUE BEEF, THE MIDFILED GROUP, WHITESTRIPE, WAMMCO, and GRAINGE.
