GIAA Overview

PT Garuda Indonesia (Persero) Tbk is an Indonesia-based company primarily engaged in the commercial airline business. Its business is classified into three segments: flight operations, aircraft maintenance services and other operations. Its flight operation segment is engaged in undertaking scheduled and non-scheduled commercial air transportation of domestic or international passengers, cargo, and mail. Its aircraft maintenance services segment is focused on providing aircraft repair and maintenance, to satisfy its own needs and the needs of third parties. Its other operations segment includes support services for commercial air transportation operations comprising catering services and ground handling services, information system services and other services to satisfy own needs and the needs of third parties. Its subsidiaries include PT Aero Wisata, PT Sabre Travel Network Indonesia, PT Garuda Maintenance Facility Aero Asia Tbk, PT Aero Systems Indonesia, and PT Citilink Indonesia.
