PT Indonesia Pondasi Raya Tbk is an Indonesia-based company, which conducts its business activities in the foundation construction industry with a variety of products and services. The Company operates through five segments: foundations, retaining walls, structures, piles and precast wall. The foundations segment is engaged in foundation installation to increase the strength and durability of a building. The retaining walls segment is engaged in the construction of building structures to support land on sloping land. The structures segment is engaged in improving soil structure by using vertical drain or soil cement. The piles segment is engaged in selling piles. The precast wall segment is engaged in selling precast walls. The Company’s subsidiaries include PT Rekagunatek Persada and PT Gema Bahana Utama. PT Rekagunatek Persada is engaged in the production and selling of the mounting piles of building. PT Gema Bahana Utama is engaged in construction.
