JRPT Overview

PT Jaya Real Property Tbk is an Indonesia-based property development, management and investment company. The Company’s segments include sales of land and building, and rental and building maintenance services. The sales of land and building segment includes the sale of land and building businesses in real estate, urban development (urban development), the release/purchase, processing, maturation, and development of facilities and infrastructure. The rental and building maintenance services segment includes leasing of shopping centers, hotel, ice rink, water park and areas of the city and water management. Focused primarily on South Jakarta and Tangerang, its diversified portfolio encompasses landed residential developments, condominiums, mixed-use superblocks, shopping centers, hotels and a hospital, as well as toll roads and clean water distribution. It has about five landed residential projects in Indonesia. It operates about six superblock and condominium projects in Indonesia.
