PT Kioson Komersial Indonesia Tbk is an Indonesia-based company, which is engaged in the online trading or e-commerce. The Company is a technology provider of software and hardware platforms to support micro, small and middle businesses (UMKM) in Indonesia. The Company offers the products and services, namely Kioson App, RetailKita and Smart warehouse. Kioson App is an online to offline (O17) application that is integrated with grocery stores to serve tier 2 and tier 3 communities and facilitate them in purchasing various digital products. RetailKita offers fast moving consumer goods product distribution channels for micro, small and medium enterprises and grocery stores in meeting the needs of tier 2 and tier 3 communities. Supported by 85 operational warehouses spread across various strategic points and 35 FMCG Brands, RetailKita markets products to 8,481 Store Partners who joined the RetailKita ecosystem. Smart warehouse is a digital warehousing (e-fulfillment center).
