PT Lippo Cikarang Tbk is engaged in real estate; industrial area; professional, scientific and technical activities; construction; transportation; trading; water management, wastewater management, waste management and recycling, and remediation activities; employment activities and other business supports. The Company conducts its business in the real estate sector, including self-owned or leased real estate and industrial estate. Self-owned or leased real estate business covers the construction, purchase, sale, leasing and operation of real estate owned or leased, such as apartment buildings, residential buildings and non-residential buildings and the provision of houses and flats or apartments with or without furniture to be used permanently, either monthly or annually. Including land sales, real estate trading. Industrial estate business controls a minimum of 50 hectares of land in an area, which is used as a place of concentration of industrial activities.
