PT Lippo Karawaci Tbk is an Indonesia-based company, which is engaged in property development. The Company operates through three segments: Real Estate Development, Healthcare and Lifestyle. The Real Estate Development segment comprises activities in real estate in urban development and development of facilities and its infrastructure, memorial park, town management and water sewage treatment, and real estate in large scale integrated development project and its infrastructure development. The Healthcare segment comprises health services. The Lifestyle segment comprises activities in managing shopping center, hotels and restaurants, food business, recreation center, transportation and maintenance services, and management services. The property business operates by the Company includes urban development, the development and sales of residential property, commercial, light industrial, and mixed-use property products.
