PT Modernland Realty Tbk is an Indonesia-based company, whose core businesses are real estate development, golf course and country club operations, general contracting and trading. The Company’s activities include the industrial town development and sale of real estate and apartments and operation of the golf course, clubhouse restaurants, hotels and property leasing services. The Company’s segments include Residential, Industrial and Hospitality. Its township development projects include Modern City, Jakarta Garden City, Modern Bekasi Residential and Industrial Park, Modernland Cilejit, and Vasaka City. Its residential development projects include Modern Hill, Modern Park, Lotus Castle, Puri Mas, Cibadak Indah Hill and Puri Kencana. Its industrial town development project is ModernCikande Industrial Estate I & II. Its hospitality and commercial projects include Novotel Gajah Mada, Modern Golf and Country Club, Heritage Walk and Swiss-Belinn Modern Cikande Hotels.
