MIRA Overview

PT Mitra International Resources Tbk is an Indonesia-based company, which is engaged in land transportation service industry and invests in subsidiaries. It has developed integrated logistics services specifically for bottled water producers, namely storage and handling of customer products to be distributed to distributors and retailers. The Company’s segments include Transportation Service, Automobile Assembling Industry, Energy Sector and Property Rent, and Other Services. Its land transportation services are operated by the Company. It also operates a fleet of mixer trucks for the implementation of a number of projects in Central and East Java. The Company’s Logistics & Warehousing Services are operated by a subsidiary, PT Mitra Dinamika Logistik, which offers a warehousing service that is integrated with transportation services. In addition to renting warehousing, the Company also handles loading and unloading of goods in warehouses rented by customers.
