The Company is focused on the development and management of housing, apartments and villas. The Company's segments include Hotels and Real Estate. It owns a number of hotel and property development projects across a number of regions in Indonesia. It prioritizes tourism areas for various projects. It owns land for development to build a hospital located in South Tangerang with an area of over 11,154 square meters (m2). It also has land for development located in Cilejet, Bogor with an area of over 882,023 m2. This location is planned to build a residential area equipped with commercial facilities, such as shops, offices, education, sports facilities, as well as recreation and entertainment. Its portfolio includes Calm Villa and The Ayatana Apartment. The Calm Villa hotel consists of nine private one bedroom villa and each villa has a swimming pool and fully equipped kitchen.
