PT Nusantara Almazia Tbk is an Indonesia-based real estate developer. The Company's operational areas are located in Karawang Regency and Tangerang City, where the Company has various residential projects located. The projects owned by the Company consist of housing, housing financing liquidity facility (FLPP), commercial housing and apartments, as well as lands that are planned to be developed for commercial areas such as hospitals, public open parks, schools and clean markets, to transit oriented development (TOD). Its projects include Citra Kebun Mas (CKM City), Saung Kebun, TANGERANG Simprug DiPoris, and Poris 88 apartment. The Company has a land area of approximately 150,969 square meters (m2) on Jalan Benteng Betawi, Tangerang City. Its Saung Kebun project is a commercial housing estate located in front of Citra Kebun Mas with an area of around 11 hectares. Its TANGERANG Simprug DiPoris project is located in Poris, which covers an area of approximately 279,213 m2.
