PT Minna Padi Investama Sekuritas Tbk is an Indonesia-based securities company. The Company is engaged mainly in securities brokerage and underwriting of securities. It provides a range of services, including brokerage and underwriting. It provides brokerage service for equity and fixed income securities. The Company’s brokerage and securities trading services include Equity instruments, online trading through application for mobile phone, desktop and Web-based trading, and margin trading facility. It provides fixed income securities brokerage in primary and secondary market. The Company is also a stand buy buyer for state bonds/securities, in collaboration with tanamduit.com. It also provides other financial services tailored to the customer’s needs such as initial public offerings of shares and bonds, financial advisory service, corporate restructuring, merger and acquisitions, and other corporate actions as well as strategic planning.
