PT Pembangunan Jaya Ancol Tbk. is an Indonesia-based company, which is engaged in real estate development and services. The Company is engaged in business of real estate, including Marina Pier, and consulting services in the planning and development sector, tourism & recreation, hospitality, and sports facilities through its subsidiaries. The Company operates through six segments: Tourism, Property, Resort, Culinary and Meeting, Incentives, Conference & Exhibition (MICE). Tourism segment manages and develops a number of tourist attractions within the Ancol area, namely Parks and Beaches, Dunia Fantasi, Atlantis Water Adventures, Ocean Dream Samudra, Art Market, Ocean Ecopark, and Sea World Ancol. Property segment manages and develops residential areas in West and East Ancol areas with real estate residential concepts, namely Marina Coast Royal Residence, Marina Coast the Green, De’Cove, Northland Apartments, Coasta Villa, Jaya Ancol Seafront and Town House Marina Ancol.
