The Company operates through its subsidiaries, PT Mustika Alam Lestari, which is engaged in stevedoring container services; PT PBM Adipurusa, which is engaged in loading and unloading goods; PT Parvi Indah Persada, which is engaged in terminal operation and repair and maintenance services; River Ports Investments Pte. Ltd., which is engaged in investing in other companies; Suksawat Terminal Co., Ltd., which is engaged in terminal operations, and Port Solution Co., Ltd, which is engaged in sea transport business.
