PT Bliss Properti Indonesia Tbk is an Indonesia-based holding company of several subsidiaries engaged in the property sector, malls and hotels. The Company that is engaged in the property business namely shopping centers, hotels and activities/facilities both independently or through subsidiaries. The Company's malls include Ambon City Center (ACC), Ponorogo City Center (PCC), Tanjungpinang City Center (TCC), Lombok City Center (LCC) and Jambi City Center (JCC). ACC has a rental area of approximately 22,764 square meters (m2), is a retail shopping center that has a fashion/food and beverage/entertainment concept in the city of Ambon. PCC also operates a hotel, Hotel Amaris Ponorogo, with a capacity of over 80 rooms divided into three classes: Smart Double (30 rooms), Smart Twin (35 rooms) and Smart Hollywood (15 rooms). TCC is a retail shopping center which has a total selling area of approximately 24,403 m2 that is equipped with shopping areas, cafes, restaurants and recreation areas.
