PT PP Properti Tbk is an Indonesia-based company, which has three linear businesses which are Residential, Mall & Edutainment, and Hotel that are spread out throughout Indonesia. The Company’s Residential business include Puri Lembana, Grand Kamala Lagoon, Grand Sungkono Lagoon, Grand Dharmahusada Lagoon, Grand Shamaya, Grand Sagara, The Ayoma Apartment, Gunung Putri, Westown View, Amartha View, Evenciio Apartment, The Alton, Begawan Apartment and Louvin. Its Mall & Edutainment business include Kidzania, Lagoon Avenue Bekasi, Lagoon Avenue Sungkono, Lagoon Avenue Dharmahusada, Balikpapan Ocean Square, Kaza City, De Tjolomadoe and Grand Slipi Tower. Its Hotel business includes Palm Park Hotel & Convention Surabaya, Park Hotel Jakarta, Prime Park Hotel Bandung, Prime Park Hotel & Convention Pekanbaru, and Swiss-Belhotel.
