PT IMC Pelita Logistik Tbk is an Indonesia-based company, which provides logistics and sea transportation solutions to coal mining companies in Indonesia. The Company offers services, such as freight transshipment, inter-island transport, and inter-Country freight. The Company is engaged in the business activities, such as conducting sea logistic business activities for mineral goods and coal as well as shipping and transporting goods between seaports; chartering services using various types of vessels; and tugboat services. The main commodity served by the Company for transshipment transportation is coal and nickel. The Company's inter-island transportation is the activity of transporting commodities from the origin port to the inter-island destination port within the Country using tugs and barges or bulk carrier motor vessels as a mode of transportation. The main commodities served by the Company for inter-island transportation are coal, nickel, alumina, clinker cement, concentrated.
