PT Kota Satu Properti Tbk is an Indonesia-based company, which is engaged in real estate, professional, scientific and technical activities, other business support activities. The Company’s business activities include development, management and trading of real estate/property. It is involved on the development and sale of residential property on The Amaya project. It has three divisions: Property (Amaya Home Resort), Hospitality and Management. Amaya Home Resort is located on Jalan M.T. Haryono Ungaran, which is adjacent to the community activity center, the Bung Karno Square. It is located in a green mountainous area with a special access to the exit area of Ungaran Toll Road, which is part of the trans Java toll road project. Hospitality division include Allstay Hotel Semarang Simpang Lima and Allstay Ecotel Yogyakarta. Management division include Allstay Hospitality, which is a brand hotel management operator operating under its subsidiary, PT. Kota Satu Management.
