PT Sidomulyo Selaras Tbk is an Indonesia-based company engaged in freight transportation and storage of hazardous materials and toxins, particularly chemicals, oil and gas. The Company's main customers are companies engaged in the upstream sector of the chemical industry, which produces basic chemicals, both for domestic needs and for export. The Company’s services include transportation, logistics and trading. It is involved in the transportation of land for hazardous chemicals and crude oil in Indonesia. The Company has various subsidiaries engaged in logistical services, including PT. Sidomulyo Logistik, PT Anugrah Roda Kencana, PT Petro Nusa Kita, PT Central Resik Banten, and PT Green Asia Tankliner. PT. Anugerah Roda Kencana operates as a trading company that specializes in the buying and selling of spare parts of trucking vehicles. This company is used to meet the needs of procuring spare parts of the Company's own fleet and shall also be sold to other parties.
