PT Omni Inovasi Indonesia Tbk is an Indonesia-based company. The Company and its subsidiaries are engaged in activities, such as Trading of telecommunication equipment; Trading of electronic parts, and Other telecommunications activities. The Company operates through four segments: Mobile Phones, Voucher, Repairment Services, and Media Application. The Voucher segment sells and distributes prepaid vouchers and starter packs of mobile phones in Indonesia. The Mobile Phones segment authorizes dealers from global brands, such as Samsung, Sony Mobile, Apple and its local brand named Tiphone. Its subsidiaries include PT Telesindo Shop, PT Simpatindo Multi Media, PT Perdana Mulia Makmur, PT Poin Multi Media Nusantara, PT Mitra Telekomunikasi Selular, PT Tele Utama Nusantara, PT Setia Utama Media Aplikasi, and PT Setia Utama Services.
